In recent years I have noticed that an ever-increasing number of people are arriving at my writing help websites looking for information on how to write proposals for a variety of different situations, both business and personal. When I look more closely at my visitor statistics, I see that the three top proposal types for which info is being sought are: professional proposals (50%), business proposals (30%), and grant proposals (15%).
The three main sub-categories of proposals that are included in the above three broad groups are: technical proposals, project proposals, and sales proposals. In fact, when I did some more detailed research into the subject last year, I realized that there are at least 15 to 20 very specific types of proposals that are commonly written. These range from construction proposals, to book proposals, to event proposals, to design proposals, among numerous others.
So, in order to simplify the subject of proposal writing for my website visitors, I created a new “Proposal Writing Resources” page on my main website. That page breaks the subject down and provides links to pages with specific information on the following subjects:
• Proposal Types
• Proposal Writing Tips
• Proposal Writing Tools
• Proposal Samples
Accordingly, if you ever need help with writing ANY type of proposal you will want to check out my Proposal Resources Page here:
